- Secure Financial Processing: Credit card details are encrypted and handled directly by licensed payment gateways. Rio Celeste Concierge never stores your raw financial credentials on its local databases.
- Cloud Architecture: Our digital platform and emails are hosted on secure international cloud servers. Under Costa Rican Law, by completing a booking, you explicitly authorize these necessary cross-border transfers required to successfully execute your travel contract.
5. Your ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition)
As a data subject under Costa Rican and European data frameworks, you possess full ownership over your information. You may exercise your ARCO rights at any moment:
